SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote event services and increase brand visibility.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage potential clients.
  • Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Directly contribute to business growth by securing new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling event services to current clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Utilize digital platforms to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and drive engagement.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers in the event industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and client services, to ensure a cohesive approach
    to marketing and sales.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in marketing and sales roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or
    leadership position.
  • Specific experience in the events industry or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
  • In-depth understanding of the event industry, including trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of various types of events, from corporate events to large-scale conferences and
    ceremonies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members toward achieving common goals.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Capability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in budget development and management
  • Proven ability to network within the industry, build partnerships, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
